Introduction
Seawit® algae oil DHA powder is produced by dispersing DHA algal oil supplemented with natural tocopherol and ascorbyl palmitate in the form of nano-sized or submicron droplets in an emulsion, and then spray-drying it to form a free-flowing powder at low temperatures. It is classified into 4 categories based on the source of protein and carbohydrates in its embedding ingredients: M (only from dairy), MG (only from goat milk), S (only from plant sources), and B (from both dairy and plant sources). S represents the embedding ingredients contains sodium octenylsuccinate starch; All Seawit DHA powders use Sn2 DHA algae oil.
